Ms. Pamelena (Pam) Grier, BSN, RN is a nurse leader, case management expert, and healthcare strategist dedicated to transforming care delivery and empowering underserved communities. Currently, she serves as RN Consultant for Family One® Care Services of Wisconsin.  With a strong clinical foundation as an in-outpatient kidney care and a diverse professional background spanning over 12 years in financial services and education, she brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, business insight, and real-world leadership.

Educated at Herzing University, Ms. Grier is known for her ability to lead with both compassion and precision driving patient outcomes, strengthening care coordination, and building systems that work. Her expertise includes chronic disease management,

patient education, and navigating complex care needs with clarity and confidence.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Grier Coaching and Consulting Group, she equips individuals and organizations with the tools, structure, and strategy needed to grow, stabilize, and succeed. Her work is rooted in accountability, trust, and transformation helping others move from uncertainty to sustainable results. Ms. Grier’s mission is clear: to elevate the standard of care, expand access, and create lasting impact where demand is imperative. She does not just participate in healthcare; she helps shape it. Outside of her leadership and clinical work, she enjoys reading and creating meaningful memories with her family.
