Program Manager, Clients Services

Ms. Alliyha C. Bowman, CNA, serves as Program Manager of Client Services, Equal Opportunity (EO) Coordinator, Respite Care Coordinator, and Lifestyle Coach for Family One® Care Services of Wisconsin. A certified nursing assistant, she is a compassionate and dedicated care professional committed to delivering high-quality support to individuals and families.

With a strong focus on client services, Ms. Bowman is building her career around helping caregivers find relief while ensuring their loved ones receive safe, respectful, and attentive care. She brings a thoughtful understanding of the challenges families face and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in their lives.

In her leadership roles across the organization, Ms. Bowman helps coordinate and deliver personalized services tailored to each client’s unique needs. She works closely with families and care teams to support service planning that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence, while giving primary caregivers time to rest and recharge. Her approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and reliability, helping ensure that clients and families feel valued and supported.
