Ms. Tenisha L. Bowman serves as the Executive Director of Family One® Care Services and the Substitute of Family One® Home Health Agency (HHA), where she brings over 20 years of professional experience as a state Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and private residences.  

Driven by her passion for helping others and improving community health outcomes, Ms. Bowman transitioned from clinical care to entrepreneurship, founding her own healthcare business. Her company delivers personalized, in-home care services, ensuring clients receive attentive, respectful, and dignified support.

Known for her professionalism, reliability, and deep understanding of patient needs, Ms. Bowman remains a trusted leader and advocate in the healthcare community. Her business is built on the core values she upheld throughout her CNA career: empathy, integrity, and excellence in care.

Ms. Bowman is a proud mother of four adult children and grandmother to three loving grandchildren.
