Volunteer Opportunities

There are many opportunities to assist the Booster Club, the team, Section V and Rochester skiing. We hope that at least one of the descriptions below will interest you. If you have questions please feel free to contact our Booster Club representative. All of the team/ club opportunities have notes and ideas for you from people who have previously done the job.

Volunteer to be a Race Official/Volunteer

We need at least 10% representation

(It used to be 4-5 parents per race, but will vary this year due to the pandemic)

Race Officials are crucial to the success of a race. There are many ways in which a Race Official can help:

-Crowd Control, Counting Laps, Finish Line Monitoring, Timing the Skiers, etc.

All easy jobs, and very necessary. You can volunteer just one time, every week or somewhere in between.

Please consider helping Fairport Nordic and our Section V League with running our races.

Coach Kerr will share the link to the volunteer sign-up when it is forwarded to the Fairport team.
