Week 1 Plan:

We will condition the first week. Athletes in good shape can train longer. No injuries are necessary. Focus on classic the first week; we will focus on skate technique the next week as snow looms.

3:15-5 PM Monday: Organize equipment/Ski Striding with poles 30-60min

Friday: 30min/ ski striding/30 min. drills/Fun Friday?
