This is website serves as a place for sharing, learning, and growth, where students from across four 10th Grade English classrooms come together to celebrate the work and creativity of each other.
I'm the teacher: Rich Novack, Ph.D., a 17 year veteran English teacher of Fairfield Public Schools. In 2021, I completed my dissertation at Teachers College, Columbia University. As the co-Chair of the Commission on Climate Change and the Environment in English Education for the English Language Arts Educators of the National Council of the Teachers of English, I specialize in outdoor education and ecocriticism.
