Scheduling Process for New Students

*PLEASE NOTE that bus transportation is available only for 10th graders.

Call 513-942-2999 to make an appointment with your child's school counselor for scheduling.  Your child will not be able to attend school until his/her schedule has been created.  After you schedule a meeting with the school counselor, they will provide you with information regarding your child's start date. *If your child has a 504 Plan or is on an IEP, please be sure to let the school counselor know when you schedule your appointment. 

In the case that school records have not been received, please bring in a copy of a previous report card or transcript, which will be helpful to schedule your child in the courses that will prepare them for graduation.

*Please note that your child’s GPA may be impacted if they transfer to FHS.  Grades from the previous school will be converted to the grading scale for Fairfield High School.  Transferring students that have taken advanced courses will receive a .03 add-on for the advanced courses that align with the weighted classes that are offered at FHS.

Llame al 513-942-2999 para programar una cita con el consejero escolar de su hijo.  Su hijo no podrá asistir a la escuela hasta que se haya creado su horario.  Después de programar una reunión con el consejero escolar, ellos le proporcionarán información sobre la fecha de inicio de su hijo. Si no tiene ningún registro escolar, está bien. Cuando nos reunamos, elaboraremos un horario u ofreceremos otras opciones que ayudarán a su hijo a recibir un diploma de escuela secundaria.
