Affiliated Construction Trades of Ohio 

Affiliated Construction Trades of Ohio (ACT OHIO)  is an organization of union building trade apprenticeship program directors.  Apprenticeships are the gateway to many career opportunities that offer virtually unlimited advancement.

Butler Warren Co. Electrical JATC

As a partnership between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW Local Union 648) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), our program ensures that apprentices receive high-quality training, competitive wages, and real-world job experience. With experienced instructors, state-of-the-art training facilities, and a commitment to safety and excellence, we prepare apprentices to become highly skilled professionals in the field.

Greater Cincinnati Apprenticeship Council

 The Greater Cincinnati Apprenticeship Council (GCAC) is an organization of union building trade apprenticeship program directors.  

IBEW-NECA Electrical Training Center

Apprentices in our four-year Electrical Construction Apprenticeship Program obtain at least 8000 hours of compensated on-the-job training and at least 720 hours of related classroom training. Upon completion, the apprentice graduates to Inside Journeyman Wireman status and is fully qualified to perform the work of the trade. Apprentices in our four-year Telecommunications Apprenticeship Program will obtain at least 8000 hours of on-the-job experience and at least 640 hours of related classroom training. Upon completion, the apprentice graduates to Installer Technician status and is fully qualified to perform the work of the trade.

Independent Electrical Contractors of Greater Cincinnati

Through our nationally recognized apprenticeship school and trade skill program, apprentices learn skills to become qualified journeyman electricians while earning great wages with excellent employee benefits offered by IEC Member Contractors. Why is IEC apprenticeship training an important career opportunity for you? Qualified electricians, certified by the state, are in high demand. Enrolling in our program is the first step toward achieving certification. Certified electricians are paid more per hour, they are better positioned for promotions, and possess a broad range of essential electrical skills necessary to work in the electrical industry.

Ironworkers Local 44 of Cincinnati

We take enormous pride in our work on landmark projects all across the Tri-state area: Great American Tower, Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, rides at Kings Island, the bridges that take drivers across the Ohio River, and too many other projects to count. If you think you have what it takes to work in a fast-paced, adrenaline-filled career among the clouds, the Ironworkers Union is taking applications for Apprenticeship.

We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio and we have territorial coverage in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.  We have over 2,300 members who work as Pipefitters, Plumbers, Mechanical Equipment Service (HVAC), and welders.
