Vision Statement
The vision of the Fairfield City School District School Counseling Program is to instill excellence, preparation for life, and opportunities for every student while working collaboratively with all stakeholders to maximize students' abilities to achieve academic, social/emotional, and career success.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Fairfield City School District's School Counseling Program is to empower each student to advocate for his or her academic, career, and personal success by partnering with community stakeholders to foster student achievement. Our program is committed to highlighting individual uniqueness and cultivating the development of all students. Through the skillful use of strategic, timely, and personal interventions, counselors customize educational experiences in order to enhance capabilities, close achievement gaps among high- and low-performing groups, and support positive choices.
