Peter was born in Plymouth and has lived in Devon all his life. He is married to Chela, a physiotherapist and they have three daughters. He came to Christ through going to a summer camp at the age of eleven and continues his involvement with camps as a trustee for the Menadue Camps in North Cornwall.

For around fifteen years Peter was involved in business, both in the soft drinks industry and property development. In 2010 he started undertaking a course of studies at Spurgeon’s College London and in 2013 was called by St Thomas Baptist Church, Exeter, to be their associate minister.

Marie Langdon, Treasurer

Marie is from Exeter and joined Exwick Community Church in 1993 at the age of 15. She has been involved in children's and youth work since then, and loves working with young people in small groups and through 1 to 1 mentoring.

In her spare time Marie loves to cook, sew and research family history.  Marie has been married to Nick since 2005 and, although she has no children of her own, frequently borrows her nieces.

On the Leadership Team, Marie is involved with the young people's leadership and with supporting the financial administration of the Church.
