I have structured this resource into different parts to cover all the aspects of lifting weights
The best way to use this resource is to work through it in order.
I cover some basics first which are important to understand as they are fundamental to an effective training program, followed by exercise recommendations for each muscle group.
Finally, I cover how to put the two together to actually be able to plan out your own training and give a template plan for beginners.
Going through the resource in this way will show you what to do in the gym but help you understand WHY to do it.
I could just give you a list of exercises and a template workout. But by teaching you the WHY, you will be able to
Know If your workouts are effective
Be able to change your workouts to suit you and still be effective
See results much faster

Although I could go on for hours about this topic, I can't include everything there is to know about lifting weights
I have not included
Detailed explanation of how to do each exercise
Every single possible exercise for every muscle group
More advanced principles in Strength training and other training modalities
I appreciate that how to do exercises is quite important but it is beyond the scope of this resource.
I have however linked some excellent resources that I have learned from that cover exercise technique. Also, be mindful that technique improves a lot with experience and time in the gym.
You don't need to get it perfect on the first day.
