My name is Harry
I am a 4th year Med student who loves to go to the gym and has done so for around 5 years now.
I have reached the point where I am pretty confident with lifting weights and know how to train and get results.
However, it wasn't always like this. I spent the first few years of lifting doing the wrong things, lacked confidence, and for a while didn't even really look like I went to the gym. Lifting weights didn't come easy to me either I was very skinny and weak and lifting any weight was a challenge.
But in that process, I have "transformed my body" But that's really the least important thing I have gained.
I have also gained
Improved self-confidence
Improved physical and mental health
A Hobbie I am passionate about and will continue for many years if not my whole life
I have slowly gathered knowledge over the years through experience and learning from YouTube and books etc... But what I have also seen is how much misinformation there is on this topic from people promising the "Hidden Secrets" to getting in shape, and selling extortionate programs and supplements that are not needed to make a quick penny.
Hence the reason why I am making this resource. I want to create something I wish I had when I started going to the gym. A resource containing all the important things that actually matter and that sifts through all the BS on the internet.
