I have split the Body parts up like so
Chest, shoulders and triceps - these are often called the "push" muscles and most of the exercises involve a similar movement pattern: A pushing motion
Back and Biceps - These are often called the "pull" muscles as most of the exercises involve a similar movement pattern: A pulling motion
Legs - Fairly self explanatory. I have split it into relevant muscle groups of the leg: Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves
There are 2 main movement patterns involved in leg training
The Squat: Works the Quads and Glutes
The Hinge: Works the hamstrings and Glutes
There are also a variety of isolation exercises we can do for different muscles in the leg
