How to Publish and Share Your PLP Google Site
Refer to the previous instructions to make a copy of the template and rename your site.
1: Click the Publish button in the upper right corner. In the “Publish your site” box, enter your name. If you get a message in red stating that your web address has already been taken, add numbers after your name until it is accepted. Click Publish.
2: Choose “Share With Others” from the top toolbar.
In the Share box, add:
plp@ewsd.org
Your counselor
Your advisory teacher
Your parent(s), guardian(s), or other trusted adults you wish to share with
Then, uncheck the “Notify people” box.
Finally, click the paperclip to copy the publish site link to your clipboard and then click Share.
3: Return to the Google Form to submit your site link. Paste the published site link in the final question of the form and submit.
