Students will download the Google Site Template
Students should rename their website to First Name Last Name EHS PLP. For example, John Smith would rename it to John Smith EHS PLP.
Students will publish and share their websites with:
Advisor, Parent/Guardian/Trusted Adult, School Counselor, PLP email account (plp@ewsd.org)
Students will add the link to their website to the Google Form. This form also collects information about their advisor and school counselor. Students can access the form at: http://bit.ly/EHSPLPForm
October-
Students will begin personalizing their website:
Add at least one school-appropriate picture that represents an interest
Complete the 9th-grade box under “About Me”
Students will write a bulleted list, a paragraph or two, or create a recording or video that will serve as a brief introduction of themselves.
Students will highlight a goal or aspiration for this school year.
Remind students that any documents, photos, or files from Google Drive that they add to their site should have the share settings set to Anyone with the Link - Can View.
January -
At the end of semester 1, students should be prompted to consider if any of their work or experiences from the first half of the year demonstrate that they’ve made progress on the development of the three skills referenced in the website: Communication, Critical Thinking, and Personal Wellness. Students will have an opportunity to upload evidence to the Google Site during this time.
March -
Students will complete the page called Celebrations and Reflections
Students will identify at least one thing they are proud of from the past school year.
Students will identify at least one thing they want to work on next school year.
End of Year -

In Computers and Careers -
Students complete the pages within the Career Self-Reflections and Research Pages.
Students not in 9th grade will continue building their Computers and Careers website as usual. 9th-grade students will complete these sections within the PLP Template. Ninth-grade students not in Computers and Careers will complete these pages when they do take this course.
