EWSD Portrait of a Graduate

Personalized Learning Plans (PLPs) at Essex High School support students in demonstrating their progress toward the EWSD Portrait of a Graduate.

The EWSD Portrait of a Graduate focuses on six competencies to ensure EWSD graduates will become global citizens through awareness of the world’s interconnectedness and their role in shaping it. 

As students progress throughout their years at Essex High School, they will be asked to provide evidence of their progress toward developing these competencies.  Students will have several opportunities to reflect on their development as global citizens during their time at Essex High School.
