Sharing with a Targeted Audience

When you are sharing student-sensitive information with other people you should NOT choose "Essex Westford School District". This will share the item(s) or folder with everyone in the district INCLUDING STUDENTS.  Instead, choose "EWSD Staff".  This will only make it available to users with a @ewsd.org user name and will block it from users with a @vt.ewsd.org user name.
