A custom chatbot is an AI tool that a teacher designs for their own classroom. Unlike general AI assistants, these chatbots are built with a specific purpose: to support teaching and learning using a teacher's vetted sources.

Teachers can set the chatbot’s role, tone, rules, and what it “knows.” It only bases it's responses on the prompts and resources you add (it does not search the internet). This makes sure the chatbot fits the curriculum, classroom routines, and student needs.
