IMPORTANT - HOW TO READ THE CALENDAR:

1. Each day a specific group of students are CALLED to rehearsal. Those names are listed at the top of each day in bold. (The names will always be listed in alphabetical order to make it easier to find your name).

2. If your name is NOT listed, you DO NOT have rehearsal that day and do not need to come.

3. When it says FULL CAST CALLED, this means EVERYONE, unless you are listed in the excused area (based off conflict forms) We will not be listing everyone's names for these days.  For Students who listed their conflicts as “flexible”, you will be listed in the excused section BUT a notation will be made if we are requesting your attendance.  Ie:  Susie-please come today

4. Students who are CALLED on a given day, who have EXCUSED ABSENCES (based on your signed conflict form) are listed as such and are not expected to attend.
