Children's Bureau is offering Domestic Violence Support Services for those who have experienced violence. Eligible participants have to be in one of the programs listed: CalWORKS, GAIN, General Relief (GR) and/or General Relief Opportunities for Work (GROW). The Department of Public Services is offering Emergency Assitance to Prevent Eviction (EAPE) for CalWORKS Families. If you owe back rent and/or utilities, the EAPE may be able to help. First-time applicants may receive up to $5,000 to pay back rent and/or utilities. To submit an application, access the form HERE and contact the Customer Service Center at this link.
