Even though Evergreen schools have a Federal Grant for all students to receive a daily free breakfast and lunch this 2025-26 school year, there are additional benefits your students may be missing out on! 

Child Nutrition Services (CNS) has a family income survey that can help you GET MORE BENEFITS, including:

• Free academic tutoring (depending on the school)

• Free or reduced cost school club and field trip fees

• Low-cost internet and computer access

• Free or reduced cost ASB and sport fees

• Free or reduced-cost Pre-SAT, SAT, and AP exams (for high school students)

• No fees for certain college applications (for high school students)

The CNS Benefit Application, is available to fill out in any of these ways:

1. ONLINE application through Skyward Family Access under the Online Forms tab

2. PRINT the applications (Fill out BOTH the application packet AND the parent consent form. Make sure you check ALL boxes on the parent consent form.)

   • English CNS Benefit Application and English Parent Consent Form

   • Spanish CNS Benefit Application and Spanish Parent Consent Form

   • Russian Benefit Application Packet and Russian Parent Consent Form

3. TAKE an application at your student's school at the front office.

You may turn in completed forms to your student's school in the front office, deliver them to the Administrative Service Center, or mail them to the district office (PO Box 8910, Vancouver, WA 98668).
