DISCUSSION: CAMERA ANGLES AND SHOTS
NOTE TO STUDENTS:
Students: This week you should definitely know your topic and have a clear understanding or outline of your message, what you will be filming and why. Please plan to use time outside of Film Guild time to write your scripts. As a reminder, there is a template script for you below. Be sure to make a copy before you use it.
SCRIPTWRITING
Scripts are NOT writing. They are putting your ideas on paper and making sense of them so your idea comes to life! You can have a great idea… but if you do not have the lines written out, and the camera angles determine BEFORE you film, your great idea will sink.
Teammates will need to use time outside of Guild meetings to write the script. You will not have enough time during our one meeting time each week to get the script written.
Be sure to COPY the script template and rename it. Type your script in Google Docs and then share it with your film team AND Ms. Montgomery at heather.montgomery@eusd.net
