NOTE TO STUDENTS:

ACTING TIPS:

• Use your iPad and have a friend or family member film you saying your lines

• Watch a sitcom and other shows, notice how short each cutaway is.  How long does the actor speak before the camera changes? 

• Be careful of long sentences.  Break them up into different shots and this helps the actor with memorizing as well.

• USE YOUR IPAD AS A TELEPROMPTER.  If you do not have the teleprompter app on your iPad, we will be adding it to all Film Guild iPads.  USE IT!
