Forms & Releases

All films MUST BE done and submitted to their mentor Film Guild teacher in order to be submitted to the three film festivals. You will provide your mentor with the following:

1) Your completed film in an .mov or .mp4 format - (upload to Google Drive and share with your mentor)

2) This linked FORM COMPLETELY FILLED OUT. Film Festival Submission Form

3) Your two photo release forms.
