SCHOOL INSTRUMENT LOAN REQUEST

Many of our students rent instruments from local music stores, but we do have quite a few school instruments available, especially the larger instruments (baritone, trombone).  Please fill out the information in the link below to request a school loan.  Note that this action alone does not guarantee a school loan.  I will follow up with a student loan agreement if an instrument is available. Thank you.

SUMMER LOAN AGREEMENT (in June)

(For existing loans only).  This extends the loan through the summer.  A new agreement will be given out in the fall.

At the end of the year or when your child ends his/her band experience,  please print this form SCHOOL INSTRUMENT/SUPPLIES RETURN FORM and return it along with the school inventory.  Please fill out the form and follow the directions listed for returns. Thank you.
