Our POA outlines what steps we will take to introduce every aspect of our program to the new students and parents of the chapter through different events such as Ag Introduction Night, alumni day and Farm day, Escondido. This will help recruit and strengthen the commitment and participation of our students. We will continue to spread and promote our program to the community by hosting events such as winter wonderland and pumpkin fest. This will introduce our program to the public and younger students who may be interested in joining our program. We will help fundraise for all our events and students by hosting events such as bingo night, stake fry and tri tip sales. This will increase the opportunity's our chapter can offer our students which will ultimately lead to an increase in participation from students.
