Etude High School Science

About the teacher:

Ms. Rose Neumeyer

This is my second year teaching science at Etude. Last year I taught Middle School. I have worked in many different fields over the years ranging from healthcare to education, non-profit leadership and city leadership, and back full circle to education. Previous experience with the SASD includes working as an Educational Assistant (Special Ed. & Reg. Ed) and the District Wide Health Assistant as well as more recent work as a Substitute Teacher and a Summer School Teacher. I have a Bachelors of Science Degree from Silver Lake College with a Major in Biology and a Minor in Natural Science.

I have two daughters, ages 12 and 21. We love animals and have big hearts for rescues, and we have many, including: cats, dogs, chickens, and reptiles.

In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking, camping, journaling, yoga, reading, and gardening.

I am looking forward to getting to know each of you personally, and assisting you on your educational path. Don't ever hesitate to ask questions or share concerns.

Now let's get excited about science together!
