Have you ever wanted to talk about a race openly? Have you been told it's not the right time, not the right place, and it will make people uncomfortable? We want to create a space where people can openly discuss, make mistakes, collectively learn, and grow on issues regarding race. There aren't many spaces that allow for conversation and by creating them we can start fostering awareness and change.

How does it work?
How does it work?
Within the board we have a smaller committee that focuses on office hours. We plan for meetings based on peer feedback, current events, and problems we recognize within ETHS and the Evanston community. Meetings are held in S309 and are facilitated by board members. We hold meetings on select days after school . At the end, we ask that you fill out a brief survey so that we can get your feedback.
