The ESU staff meets 3 times annually, in August, December and May, to engage in agency improvement conversations, planning and staff professional development.

ESU teams meet monthly.

• The leadership team meets monthly to address agency improvement activities and to plan for the 3 ESU all-staff meetings. This group also plans for the agency external visitation.

• The professional development team meets to plan for PD delivered during PLA sessions, school district In-services and ongoing educator support.

• The ESU has 2 registered nurses who support Ainsworth Community Schools. The nurses also facilitate student health checks each fall for all public schools and Zion Lutheran School in Valentine.
