Patrick Dalsace is a businessman; he started The Lafourchette Project between 2005 and 2007.
Then, in 2007, a spin-off was made, and Lafourchette became independent. In 2014, he sold La Fourchette to TripAdvisor. Since then, he has become a business angel and invested in different companies, such as: Cardiatis, Reservoir Watches, Ovrsea, Strapi...
In 2020, he bought a typical French Brasserie near the Eiffel Tower, where he really puts his hands in.

Cédric has held various strategic and leadership roles in hospitality, tourism, and leisure industries before joining AccorHotels in 2009. He notably helped to transform the guest experience in this segment, by rolling out digital tools.
