AIGET - Italian Association of Energy Wholesalers and Traders aims to:

• Promote competition and transparency in energy markets

• Encourage the development and standardization of primary and derivative energy products and related markets

• Promote consultations, studies, and exchanges of information among members to achieve technical, economic, and financial objectives of common interest, in order to protect their activities on a national and international scale

• Analyze issues affecting the trade of energy products by promoting initiatives aimed at resolving them among network operators, market operators, government agencies, and competent authorities

• Representing members in national, EU, and international associations, bodies, and institutions related to the energy sector

• Promoting energy trade, particularly with regard to electricity, natural gas, and related products and services

• Promoting and coordinating possible initiatives by members before ordinary, administrative, and EU courts to protect common interests
