Registrations timeline:

• Registration opens on: April 1st, 2026

• Registrations close on: May 15th, 2026

Registration fees:                

• Academics (including Gala Dinner): 350 EUR + 50 EUR for CEMA Membership

• Non-Academics (including Gala Dinner): 450 EUR + 50 EUR for CEMA Membership

• Students: 100 EUR + 50 EUR for CEMA Membership

• Gala dinner (students): 100 EUR

Registered participants can invite external guests to the Gala dinner (100 EUR) but must communicate it to the organisers by email at cema2026@conftool.orgregistration, please complete the form HERE.
