SOUTH AMERICAN SPORTS LEAGUE
Twice a year our teams travel for the Resort NR, at Santo Antônio do Pinhal. The South American Sports League and Friendship Festival tournaments take place there
The Tournaments are sports events that are supported by a philosophy of integration and healthy competition among schools, promoting new friendships and important experiences in the students' formation. The proposal includes all levels of students' skills and promotes learning and improvement of the sports involved in a healthy and educational way.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Participating schools: Eleva Botafogo, Eleva Barra, Avenues World School, British School.
Date: April 15-18, 2023
Schedule:
Departure from EE Botafogo: April 15 (Saturday) until 09:00 am.
Arrival at NR: April 15 (Saturday) from 15:00 pm
Departure from NR: April 18 (Tuesday) until 2:30 pm.
Arrival at EE Botafogo: April 18 (Tuesday) around 9:00 pm.
Sports:
Volleyball - male and female
Futsal - male and female
Categories: students aged between 15 and 18 years old (born after January 1, 2005).
Parallel activities: tennis, table tennis, chess, foosball, swimming pool, tamancobol, beach volleyball.
Refereeing: educational team hired by NR.
Standard program:
April 15: arrival of schools - opening ceremony - technical congress and integration activity.
April 15-18: sports games, mini-tournaments, recreational activities, talent show, pizzeria, fellowship games.
April 18: official closing of the tournament.
Awards: medals for all participants and green cards awards.
Included in the program:
Accommodation, meals (4 days - breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, late snack), recreational and integration activities, sports games, t-shirt for all participants, awards, refereeing, medical team with ambulance, travel insurance.
