Candidates completing "Eligibility Requirements" will be provided a "Letter of Eligibility" (LOE).
What is the LOE?
The LOE is the document TOPP will provide to you when you have completed eligibility requirements. Public school districts/charters schools request this document when submitting an online application.
The LOE may also be referred to as letter of qualification from the EPP (educator preparation program).
The LOE informs district/charter school, which EPP you are affiliated with and verification you can be placed on an intern certificate.
Candidates must be current and up-to-date with program fees for LOE to be issued.
What is the SOE?
The SOE is a document a school district will request when they are ready to offer a teaching position to a candidate.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to communicate with toppstaff@esc20.net or TOPP Consultants when candidate accepts an offer from a LEA (local education agency).
The SOE is the document TOPP Staff will provide and email to the district/charter/TEA private accredited school in which you have communicated you will accept a teaching position with the prospective district/charter/TEA private accedited school as a teacher intern.
Candidate will be provided an Employment Packet which will provide steps the candidate will need to take to be issued teaching intern certificate. All the steps contain time-sensitive requirements.
