Copying Agenda Items
Go to the meeting you want to copy agenda item(s) from
Unlock the meeting you are trying to copy from (this will change your access from "View Agenda" to "Edit Agenda"
Click "Edit Agenda"
Select item(s) you want to add to another meeting (as you select an item, this will unlock the tool bar at the top
Click "Copy" on tool bar
Additional Information
"For Agenda" = Select the meeting you want to copy your selected items too
"Parent Agenda Item" = Use only for sub items not for main agenda items
"Before Agenda Item" = Allows you to choose the specific location on selected agenda to add the item(s)
"Select the Agenda Item Sections to Copy" = Check all of these options to include from your selected items
"Where do you want to go next?" = Select "Go to the New Agenda" this will take you to the meeting you selected on #1
