Adding Agenda Items and Attachments
Option 1: Add attachments as you add agenda items.

Select meeting
Click "Edit Agenda"
Click on "+Create Meeting Agenda Item"
Add "Subject" (this will be the title on your final agenda)
Add "Presenter" (optional)
Add "Description" (optional)
Add "Recommended Motion(s)" (optional, but recommended if you will be using the voting through Boardbook Premier. This will make your minutes easier.)
Add "Attachments"
Either Drag & Drop your attachment or Click to Open the File Browser
Once your attachment has been added:
Check file permissions
Change filename (optional)
Go Back to the top of the page, second column:
This Agenda Item's Positioning Information
Parent Agenda Item = This will determine if this is a main agenda item or the sub item of another agenda item
Before Agenda Item = This will determine the position of this item within the already existing items (below this a list of your current agenda items)
Select either:
Save and Add Another = Save this item and start with the next item you need to add.
Save and Return to Agenda = You are done adding agenda items and are ready to work on the whole agenda
Option 2: Adding multiple attachments to already existing agenda items.

Select meeting
Click "Edit Agenda"
Click on "Attach Document(s)"
Choose your agenda item from the drop down list
Either Drag & Drop your attachment or Click to Open the File Browser
Once your attachment has been added:
Check file permissions
Change filename (optional)
Choose your next agenda item from the drop down list
Repeat #5 & #6 until you have added all your attachments
Adding Extra Items

Select meeting
Click "Extras"
Either Drag & Drop your attachment or Click to Open the File Browser
Once your attachment has been added:
Check file permissions
Change filename (optional)
Add file description (optional)
Click "Save Resources"
Repeat until you have added all your extra items
Editing Agenda Items
Save for Later
This would be used prior to the meeting when setting up your agenda.
This option will remove selected item(s) from the current agenda, but they will be available to use in another agenda.
These item(s) will appear under "Saved"
Table
This would be used once a meeting is in progress and the Board/Superintendent decides that item(s) will not be addressed during this meeting due to a specific reason.
This option will keep a copy of the selected item(s) with the current agenda, and they will be available to use in another agenda.
These item(s) will appear under "Tabled"
Deactivate
This would be used is in place of delete, if there is a possibility that this item could be added back into the current agenda.
These item(s) are only visible to the Agenda Manager.
These item(s) are only available in the current agenda. They will NOT be available in a future agenda. Inactive items can't move across agendas.
These item(s) will appear under "Inactive"
Delete
This is used to permanently remove agenda item(s).
