Options for Printing

PDF Packet

  1. Select your meeting

  2. Select "View Meeting Details (Join Meeting)"

  3. Click on "Tools"

  4. Select "Download Form"

  5. Under "Template" choose the (prepopulated) agenda template you would like to use for this particular meeting.

  6. If you are going to include attachments in you packet, under "Include Attached PDFs" choose where you would like these attachments to appear in your packet.

    1. Yes, After Each Agenda Item - This will do exactly that, and list each agenda item on a separate page with the corresponding attachment immediately following that page.

    2. Yes, After the Entire Agenda - This option will give you the more standard packet we are used to. You will have the agenda list, and then each attachment follow in the order of the item it is attached too. Please note, there is no cover page and even though the pages are numbered they will not appear on your agenda like a table of contents.

    3. Yes, in a Zip file - This will do exactly that, and create a zip file of all you attachments but will not include your agenda.

  7. If you are NOT going to include attachments, see instructions on running just the Agenda Report.

Quick View

  1. Select your meeting

  2. Select "Meeting Quick View"

  3. Under "View Options", choose which items you would like to include on you quick view.

  4. Select the format in which you would like to download. (PDF, Word, HTML)

  5. Click "Download"
