Parent and Family Engagement is supported by the Migrant Education Program through the establishment of a Migrant Parent Advisory Council (PAC). PAC trainings aim to empower parents to more effectively help their children experience academic success by developing a personal stake in the program. The trainings include a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) where participants receive information on how to plan, conduct, and evaluate their district's PAC meetings, resources and strategies aligned with the Texas Service Delivery Plan.
