Graduation Enhancement Training's are designed to provide Migrant personnel with a general understanding of the Migrant Education Program including key terminology, guidance on continuous improvement plans, student services and web applications for recording purposes. Participants will receive tools, resources and templates that will assist them in preparing and designing services that meet the unique academic and support needs of their PK - 12 migrant students to successfully transition them through grade level academic standards. Topics will include Priority for Services (PFS), Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA), Service Delivery Plan (SDP), graduation requirements, college readiness and self-care.

Services under this goal include: counseling, translation, monitoring grades and attendance as well as leadership development. Strategies under Goal 4 also aim to provide support to students so that they may be successful on state assessments, complete graduation requirements, or be career/job ready.
