ID&R trainings provide the most current guidance regarding Texas Migrant Education Program (MEP) eligibility and the responsibilities that local recruiters have in the identification and recruitment (ID&R) of migratory children in Texas. These trainings are designed to help recruiters make proper eligibility decisions, complete necessary documentation, and maintain proper quality control measures.

Note: Recruiters and reviewers must have a Recruiter ID on the New Generation System (NGS). Reviewers must attend both Identification and Recruitment and NGS trainings.
