Welcome to the 3rd graders' page. Please take a look at some of the great work that the students have been doing.
The 3rd graders have been working well on their poster projects recently. These projects involve the students making posters, as well as presenting in front of their classmates upon completion.
The 3rd graders recently completed a video exchange project with Gyosei Elementary School in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo. This project involved students making a series of videos introducing various aspects of their schools, such as uniforms, clubs, teachers and subjects. This was a great opportunity for all students to practice useful and practical English phrases. It was also a very enjoyable experience!
Recently the third grade students have been participating in short interactive quizzes, such as "Kahoot!" These activities are a great way for the students to sharpen their English listening skills!
The 3rd grade students enjoy participating in a variety of craft activities to mark special events, such as Halloween and Christmas. This is a great way to do some hands-on learning and also to have some fun!
The 3rd grade students love to get outside and participate in some English activities on the school's spacious lawn areas. One of the popular activities is jumping rope with catchy English skipping chants!
