Beach Clean Up May 26th, 10-11 am - Los Alamitos Beach. (1 Hour)
Community Resource Fair on Saturday May 18, 2024 from 9am-1pm. We are in need of student volunteers from 7am to 4pm to assist with various tasks during the event. Volunteers needed from 7am until 4pm. The event will be held at 9515 Haney St. Pico Rivera, CA 90660, the buildings across El Rancho H.S. We ask that students come in some sort of ER attire. There will be a check-in/out station.

Holiday Tree Lighting (Sunday, December 3, 2023 / 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM) City Hall. Volunteer assignments will include snow area, assisting with distribution of cookies/hot chocolate, and arts & crafts. Click here for the waiver.

Beach Clean Up Nov 26th, 10-11 am - Los Alamitos Beach. (1 Hour)
AYSO Pico Rivera needs student volunteers today, Fri 11/3/23 (5-8PM) and next week Monday-Friday (5-8PM). Please advise students to check in with AYSO President Rocio Gonzales at the Smith Park Stadium. A table will be set up for check-in. Students are needed for soccer game set up.

Rivera Elementary Harvest Carnival > Friday October 27th from 4-7pm at Rivera Elementary. (4 hours)
Plant a Tree at North Park on Saturday/Sunday (October 14-15) from 9am to Noon. (3 Hours per day)
City of Pico Rivera's Spooktacular is on Saturday, October 28 (5:30-8:30pm) at Smith Park. Volunteers needed!
October 5th
AVID club met for the first time in H-3. We elected Club Officers and are planning our first Button-Gram "Halloween Themed" Fundraiser. These are the 1.25" buttons we will have for sale. If you are interested in one or all of the buttons, ask one of our AVID students.

AVID 9: Mrs. Zeko's class has been creating dream boards. This AVID activity helps students articulate their life and career goals. You can see from this small snap shot that many of our kids have big plans.
