PHASE II

Phase II ~ McKenzie School HVAC Project

Phase II the McKenzie School HVAC Project will start on July 6^th. First Goal Heating and Cooling will start work demoing the existing HVAC units. Expected ship dates on the new 28 Airedale ClassMate Single Package Air Conditioning & Heating Pump Units is July 13^th with delivery that week. This will be mostly a simple process of demoing the existing unit, capping the hot/chilled water pipes, demoing and running new wiring to the electrical panels, demoing and installing new thermostats, then hooking up the new units to the piping, electrical, thermostat, and existing ductwork. Expected to be completed before the opening of school.

During this phase, the McKenzie School basketball court parking lot located on Paterson Avenue, will be closed and utilized for construction vehicles only. Construction hours will be between the hours of 7am to approximately 5pm Monday through Friday and possibly Saturdays, if needed.
