- Reaches every student, is comprehensive in scope, preventative in design and developmental in nature
- Uses a delivery system that includes school guidance curriculum, individual planning, responsive services and system support
- Selects measurable, data-driven student competencies based on needs in the areas of academic, career and personal/social domains and seeks improvement each year based on results
Every student …
- Is a unique individual with value, gifts and talents, and a future that can be enhanced with a quality education
- Can access program services regardless of ethnicity, culture, race, sexual orientation or disability
- Can reach their own personal highest potential given the appropriate resources, support and encouragement

- act according to the highest ethical standards as described by ASCA's Code of Ethics
- continually seek out and participate in professional development opportunities
- collaborate with the school administration, teachers and other school professionals to maintain alignment with Eagle Ridge Academy's mission and vision.
