Primary 1 Transitions to St Cadoc's Primary School

We recognise the critical importance of high-quality transitions and their significant impact on children's success in school. Effective transitions benefit not only children but also their entire families, including parents and carers. Our comprehensive transition programme is designed to ensure that parents and carers receive the necessary support during this crucial stage, fostering a sense of happiness, security, and excitement for your child as they begin Primary 1 in August.

Below, you will find our 2024-25 transition letter, which details all transition events. We encourage you to review this information to stay informed and prepared.

The Seesaw Transition Project will be thoroughly explained during our upcoming parent information session, where we will provide access to all related videos. This project is an integral part of our approach, ensuring that families are well-informed and engaged.

As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are here to support you and your child every step of the way.
