Welcome to November!
We have been investigating William Morris, a Victorian era artist as part of our curriculum 'artist study' focus.
We took part in guided research before expressing what we are learning about in our own unique styles.
MB delights in sharing her hard work and effective blue shading.
OY and CS record information about the life of Morris in their IDL jotters.
AR and DH are a hard working pair who confidently communicate their ideas with each other. A super team!
JS and CC chose to bring their devices to the library space.
JO and BS made a fantastic start to their research as a double page spread in their IDL jotters.
BC always brings his own inimitable artistic style to his work, as always I am impressed.
JL creates a template for his presentation.
MS worked diligently to record information about Morris. Well done!
We played rounders in PE this week, practising our skill in striking and fielding. The competitive nature of certain individuals shone through, as well as the spirit of teamwork!

DA improves his teacher's best stick man effort... by quite a lot!
All aboard! Make sure you have your ticket...
This week we let out our inner artist and used both paint and chalk pastel to create effective firework displays. We added water in the foreground and focused on creating a reflective, shimmering mirror!
JS thrives during opportunities to showcase her creativity.
KE creates his own interpretation of fireworks over the water.
Amazing groupwork, amazing artists, amazing class!
School is always more fun with a smile on your face!
In PE this week as part of our fitness block of lessons we tried the Bleep Test!
Lots of hard work and a fantastic effort all round.
Relays between partners split up the sprints.
Keep going!
