STEM Visitor Mr Meikle told us about his job as a Health and Safety Officer. The plant he works at produce energy and clean air after processing waste - which we thought was amazing!
P4s went to the Eaglesham Library this morning for the third time this year. The librarian kindly brought out books related to Climate Change for us. We also got to pick books to bring with us to read in class.

A new metal has been found deep under the surface of the Earth. A mine has been created but a lift is needed to transport workers to extract the metal. The area where this metal is found is susceptible to earthquakes so the lift must be strong enough to hold its shape if the mine collapses. Can you design a lift for this task? What other features could the lift have to keep people safe if it was trapped under rubble?

World Book Day!
What a great time was had by all on World Book Day. We took the time to share our favourite books with one and another. We dressed up as our favourite book characters and spent the day immersed in stories!
The sun was shining down on us as we read in the MUGA. We had to Drop Everything And Read!
Gymnastics - In groups, P4s were able to create a sequence of moves using rolls, jumps, inversion, shape and balance and perform a routine. Well done P4s!
