April 27 - May 1

April 20-25
Rhythm: a repeated pattern of beats, sounds, activity or movements. Rhythms have different music notes in them like ta, ti-ti and rest. It is different than the beat. Beat is steady.
April 14-17
Rest: A silent beat. We show this by tapping our shoulders silently. We do not speak a rest.
April 6-9
Ta: A note that is held for 1 beat. It is also called a quarter note.
March 30 - April 3
Harmony: musical notes played or sung at the same time that make a pleasant or nice sound.
