ASVAB Career Program

ASVAB stands for Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery.

It is a military enlistment test, but the results are now being used by some trade unions as

well. The ASVAB is designed to measure aptitudes in four domains: Verbal, Math,

Science/Technical and Spatial.

The ASVAB Career Exploration Program is made up of three components:

1. ASVAB: The aptitude test estimates your performance in academic and vocational endeavors.

2. OCCU-Find: A career catalog provides activities to help you put a plan together.

3. ASVAB CEP helps you figure out what you're good at, what is important to you, and the jobs

that match your skills and interests. After you take the test, you will participate in a series of

activities to help you understand your scores, yourself, and your options.
