We established a working draft of the Capstone framework, we created a plan for professional development to staff, a format for feedback, and opportunities for staff to experiment with the plan/potential artifacts. We started working on a teacher-facing artifact rubric.

Roll out on February 10, get feedback, process & respond to feedback; continuing to define the artifacts and find examples from student work; logistics needs - what do we need to make this happen in real life? Identification & development of support for teachers; rolling it out to the Student-Family committee meeting in April 22nd;
